Mr. Yeung has always been an entrepreneur in various fields including energy, construction and restaurant businesses. He is also an investor and owns several multifamily houses in Queens. During the years he has built a great relationship with many local developers and contractors , and has a great understanding of development prerequisites needed , such as zoning, variance and construction. In 2015 he started brokering development sites, mainly in Queens, NY. In the end of 2016 he helped transaction and closed on one of the biggest deals in Flushing's history, a $100 Million land sale. David is very humble, honest, hard working and dedicated to his work.
ANNIE SHAO

Annie’s path to real estate began in 2005 as a multifamily investor. She owned and operated her own commercial properties in Chicago and Dallas. Owning and managing these commercial units as a principal gives her an edge to the investment world which helps her fully understand what area that investors are driven to achieve and the problems and issues that they face after acquisition. These experiences help her working comfortably with her clients. Her Network of Buyers, Sellers and Brokers lands her large inventory of off market assets including Trophy Office Buildings, Hotels, Multifamily, Warehouses and Development sites. Since becoming a realtor in 2016, she has successfully transacted over 200 Million dollars off market assets including sales and leases of commercial assets nationwide.
In 2019 she and her team were working directly and closely with Chinese Insurance Giant and their designated investment banks to help disposing of their Six Billion hotel portfolio by introducing high profile clients including sovereign wealth fund and hedge fund clients to the close door bidding activities.
Ms. Shao graduated from Xiamen University with a BA in Literature, from SUNY Stony Brook with a MS in Computer Science & Information Management, and from Dartmouth College ’s Tuck Business School EMBA Certificates in the Year of 2012 & 2015.

Mr. Zhang is responsible for corporate development and investment sales origination and transactions. He is known for his ability to recognize hidden value and to execute complex transactions across all assets classes. He is also involved in a few commercial developments as one of the principals. His most notable deal was a transaction in Nolita, where he helped close the sale of a mixed use development site for $50Mil + .

Mr. Conley is focused primarily on principal to principal off-market acquisitions. His ability to think outside the box, in combination with his strong analytical and creativity skills allow him to deliver the best possible solutions unique to each opportunity. Mr. Conley has worked with some of the leading buyers and sellers of commercial assets and has a vast network of contacts that can be leveraged in the process of seeking assets for acquisition.
Mr. Conley graduated from Virginia State University with a B.S. in Business Management. He also completed (REAP – The Real Estate Associate Program Atlanta) which is a commercial real estate program for minorities sponsored by several leading commercial real estate membership groups and companies throughout the country.

With a degree in Art and Architecture from Brown University, Ben Toth is extremely knowledgeable in building styles, cultural movements affecting architecture, and how a well-made space can transform how a public thinks and feels. After a decade’s worth of work as a celebrity musical director, composer, and vocal coach, Ben has a fine-tuned ability to listen, connect, and produce. Toth has collaborated with an unprecedented list of VIPS—Kristin Chenoweth, Idina Menzel, and Mandy Patinkin, to name a few—and brings such impressive, high-end client relationships to his work in commercial and residential real estate. Ben specializes in helping buyers acquire choice off-market properties, from penthouse condos and landmarked townhouses to Class-A multifamily buildings and oceanfront hotels.
